Privacy policy
Effective November 3, 2026.
Elite Window Cleaning (“we”, “us”) runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send through our quote form: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), property address, the services you’re interested in, and any notes.
- What you share when you call, text or email us.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your request, prepare your quote, schedule and carry out the work, and follow up about it. We don’t sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
Services this site uses
When you submit the form, your details are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Our website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of delivering them. Our service area pages show a Google map, which loads from Google and may set Google’s own cookies. This site doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email elitewindowcleaningnc@gmail.com or call or text (919) 427-0059.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page with a new effective date.
